About This Cause
The Saint Joseph’s University Ice Hockey team was founded to provide an opportunity for former high school and travel ice hockey players to continue playing the sport they love. Founded in 1971, the Hawks are steeped in tradition with an alumni base of over 300 strong. Coming off the recent 2025-2026 season where our Hawks were crowned the Atlantic Coast Conference Champions, our team is still motivated to continue their climb to be one of the premier club ice hockey programs in the country. The Hawks are led by a skilled coaching staff of four program alumni, creating a positive and hard working environment to ensure success for the program they love. The Hawks offer a competitive and rewarding experience for its players in the Atlantic Coast Collegiate Hockey League (ACCHL), and compete to go to ACHA Regionals and Nationals each year.
